Super Levels:

Beast Form: In this form, Ross takes on his Beast Form (that of a massive humanoid dragon). The force of energy it takes to change into this form is enough to force anything close by a good distance away. In this form all of Ross' physcial abilities incress x50 what his weight in Beast Form is and allow him to use Beast Drive moves.

*Special Moves:

Ha-Do-Ken Counter(Fireball): Ross charges Ki into his hand and thrusts them forwards, which allows him to counter many attacks and knock his opponent back.

Sho-Ryu-Ken(Dragon Punch): This move is an uppercut style attack, thich lets Ross not only knock his opponent into the air to set them up for a combo, but also, with the proper timing, lets him avoid projectile attacks.

Tatsumaki Senpuuu Kyaku(Hurricane Kick): With this move, Ross can hit his opponent up to three times by making a jumping kick that swings his leg around, which he rotates both legs each hit. Has great air juggling abilities.

Pyro Sphear: In his beast form, Ross can launch a high speed ball of fire at his opponent.(Beast form only)

Dark Whirlwind: With this move, Ross can spin his body and fly at his opponent so fast it looks like it's a whirlwind. Can hit multiple times. (Beast form only)

Terror Destroyer: This is one of Ross' most powerful attacks. He makes a huge ball of Necro energy and throws it at his opponents, which it exploads with tremendous force upon contact with an object. (Beast form only)

Energy Berserker: This is Ross' most powerful attack. He channles all his Necro energy into one massive Necro attack where the surrounding area is devistated by a sphear of destructive energy. Ross changes back to human form after using this attack. (Beast only)

Fire Breath: This is Ross' standered fire breath, which has a range of about fifty feet. (Beast only)

History: His life had played out. Ross had died. What's more, he died alone. His only regret was not seeing his loved ones smile, one last time. He wandered the land, a ghost. Watching all the bad things happen to those he cared most about, but was unable to do anything about it. He couldn't help them and it was eating him inside. He would have givin anything to help them and he did. A strange homeless man had offered him a second chance at life, to help his most loved. Ross didn't think, he just jumped at the chance to make right, once more. If only he knew....

Now was the time for learning. Ross had endured many hardships and had learned to control this 'new him', as it were. He also learned that the creature, known as The Entity, was gathering his own army of Necros, for whatever reason. But Ross knew why. He planned on waging a war against anyone Not a Necro, and even some who were. Ross couldn't allow everyone he held dear to be killed in a war that nothing to do with them, so, under the guidence of the enigmatic Lost, Ross started to look for Necros who were 'like minded' enough to join him as he now fought to stop the very monster who remade him.

Powers: Ross can necroplasmically enhance items (like weapons and vehicals) to incress their power (like their firepower, speed, duribility, and the like).

Restrictions: Necroplasmically enhanced items will corrode over time, except for objects Made from necroplasma (like blades, chains and the like). The larger the object, the more necroplasma is needed to 'enhance' it and the quicker it'll deteriorate.

So he's going to possibly have a Necroplasma bike to ride on eventually? Like Ghost Rider and his hell-fire bike? Approved.
