It had been a year or so since Allen had come to this future time-line and while it was very different from the past there were a few things that remained the same. He had adjusted quickly though, and it helped he had Hildie or even Jason. He had found out his sister was still living in her thirties from the looks of it but his mom had passed on by that time due to being sick. It was a small comfort to know at least some of his other family still survived to this time.
Allen had never found out what happened to Joseph's family line by this point, but he had never bothered to ask Jason and it had slipped his mind from other things. He at the current had a decent enough job to support his family thanks to his sister and enough to have their own place now. He still couldn't believe he was actually married now; time really did fly by.
He was currently off work, waking up slowly from the bed but feeling a bit uncharasically lazy. He didn't feel like leaving the bed or Hildie but he'd have to get moving eventually.
